Barfie is a fashion brand offering individually made and finished clothing and fashion products through our website.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, textures, details, and photographs as accurately as possible.
Because our products are individually made and finished, minor variations may occur between products and between the product photographs and the item you receive.
These may include variations in lace placement, stitching, finishing, texture, and other small details.
Such variations are a natural part of individually finished products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
3. Made-to-Order Products
Our products are made to order and individually finished.
Once an order has been confirmed for production, it cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit preference, colour preference, or personal preference.

4. Orders
Placing an order on our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product availability issues
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
- Incorrect customer or shipping information
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed through the relevant payment method.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices are displayed correctly. If a significant pricing error occurs, we may contact you regarding the order before proceeding.
6. Payments
Orders must be paid for online through the payment methods available at checkout.
Cash on Delivery is not available.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
7. Shipping
Orders generally require up to 10 days to be prepared and shipped.
For Barfie, the 10-day processing period is counted consecutively and includes weekends, public holidays, festival holidays, and other holidays. These days are included in the stated processing timeline and do not extend the 10-day processing period.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery generally takes an additional 3-5 days.
Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Barfie's control.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Because Barfie products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit preference, or personal preference.
For damage, defect, or incorrect-item claims, customers must follow the process described in our Return & Refund Policy, including providing the required package-opening video.
9. Website Content
All content appearing on the Barfie website, including photographs, product images, graphics, logos, text, designs, videos, illustrations, and other materials, belongs to Barfie or is used with appropriate rights or permission.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, or commercially used without prior written permission from Barfie.
